We want you to love your manicure, so we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened beauty products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used nail polishes and tools cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Email our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unopened products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
